12.What is your best friend?  Jeremiah and Eden are my best friends Leah and Gracee are my best friends.  Mason is my best friend, too. These are my best friends..1,2,3,4,5

14.What is your favorite thing to do outside?  I like to play on the trampoline

Maddy turns 4!

Last weekend we met my parents in Atlanta for the True Value Market.  Maddy's a lucky girl that somewhere fun is always happening around her birthday.  We were both so excited to hit up the American Girl store!  Maddy could pick out whatever she wanted, and 1st picked out a $350 car.  She's a smart girl.  After that car was "not for sale!"  ;)  She decided on the American Girl puppy, "Honey" and a carrying case.  The dog and the carrying case was more than a live puppy, but hey.  It was her birthday and you don't get to go to an America girl store very often.  Grandpa and Grandma bought her some bitty baby accessories, so she was the happiest (and lucky!) girl ever.

On her actual birthday, I had heart shaped donuts ready for her.  We went to Chuckee E. Cheese for lunch with our friend Julie and Eden and then we had planned to take birthday cupcakes to share at dance class.  I came down with the biggest migraine, and honestly couldn't function.  I made it through her party with us, and then I went to bed feeling like the worst mother on the planet and woke up to her the next morning, talking sweetly into my face while she rubbed my head telling me that I didn't ruin her birthday.  :)  Am I lucky or what?  I love my crazy Madeline girl!  I loved how she thought her day had been magical simply because it was HER day.  We were all together and Daddy wasn't watching from Skype (which may be the case next year.)  She's loves us and is being loved back and that's all that's important.  Simple as that.  Of course, presents always make the day, too!

I love that you wake me up every day telling me that it's a sunny day.

I love that you love life.

I love that you think your daddy is the biggest dad you've ever seen.

I love that you are sweet and kind and share your toys when Mason really wants something.

I love getting asked daily to join you for tea parties.

I love that animal toys are your favorite.

I love that you are dying to get a baby kitten.  (Me too!)

I love that all you wanted for your birthday was a Pink heart.

I love that you only like the color Pink and getting you to wear any other color is a battle.

I love that you think you are a Princess and that someday you will marry a Prince who is a good man  

like your daddy.  (You will, I know it!)

I love how big of a help you are with Channing.  You are the best big sister and he is truly lucky to

have you in his life.

I love how you are wild and sometimes don't listen, but you will always tell me without being asked

that you are sorry for what you did or how you acted.

I love the relationship you and Mason have with each other.  You're like Peanut butter and jelly.  I hope      

that never changes.

I love that you tell me I'm pretty out of the blue or tell me I need to get out of my Pajamas and do my

 hair  :)  You're honest, that's all that matters.

I love that everyone is your friend and even "best" friend-inculding me.  I hope that it stays that way

forever.

I love YOU and nothing will ever change that.  Ever!

I know you can't read yet, but this will be waiting for you when you can.  You are amazing and will do Amazing, Amazing things in this world.  Happy 4th birthday, my peanut girl!
